Providing this data is optional.
However, this data is required to carry out the necessary tasks of the Client, and without providing the data it is impossible to perform any activity on behalf of the Client. Furthermore, providing this data will allow Whitessence or companies owned by and/or owning Whitessence to sent the Client new commercial proposals via mail, telephone, or email.
Access to this data is granted to subjects specifically in charge, meaning employees, consultants, and third parties that provide services as mentioned above. Moreover, the data could also be communicated abroad in the sphere of companies owning or owned by Whitessence.
Furthermore, as provided for in articles 7, 8, 9, 10 of legislative decree n. 196/03, any person interested may at any time request confirmation of existence, modification, or cancellation of such data. This may be done by writing to the Customer Relations Office located at Whitessence s.r.l. – Via della Rimessa, 3 – 01100 Viterbo (VT).
